1. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
While we use all reasonable endeavours to keep the information on our websites accurate and up to date, the material displayed on our websites is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
The images of our mugs on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible and to display the colours of the designs accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display reflects the colour of the actual products. Because our mugs are hand printed, your item may vary slightly from those images. We reserve the right to use mugs that may be different than shown in the preview (handle size and shape). The packaging we use to post our products may vary from time to time.
3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process. Please make sure the spelling of any text you supply with your order, as well as the delivery address, including the postcode, is correct. If you notice any mistakes after your order is placed, please notify us as soon as possible and we will check if it is still possible to change it for you, however, once the item is printed / posted no amendments can be done.
5. PERSONALISING PRODUCTS
We aim to provide you with a fast, high-quality service. Please double-check your order on screen to check that all the details are correct. It is up to you to ensure that content you have contributed for inclusion in a personalised product is correct, and (for example) is correctly spelt.
If you are sending a photo, images must be in JPEG or PNG format. Any other format such as Word documents and PDFs cannot be accepted. For best results, we advise that you make the image dimensions minimum 700 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos.
By uploading, posting, contributing or including any content or material in a personalised product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing obligations and exercising rights under these Terms.
Please note that we may modify content or material in order to conform to the requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by editing and cropping images, or using & instead of “and”).
6. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We will deliver the Goods ordered by the Customer to the address which the Customer provided for delivery at the time of your order. We are not liable for any loss as a result of an incorrect address supplied by the Customer.
The timescales we quote for dispatch, production or packing are a guideline estimate and are not guaranteed. Timescales will start from the day after we receive payment for your order and personalisation or photographs from you where applicable (excluding bank holidays and weekends). The timescales we quote for delivery are also a guideline and are not guaranteed and can vary according to the time of the year. During busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow extra time.
Neither we, nor any delivery service that we use, shall be liable for any failure to perform Services where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions (such as snow, flood and extreme winds), fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or industrial dispute or strike.
We do not deliver outside the UK.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We always try to send your products in perfect condition. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery, or is the wrong item, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible. We may ask you to take a photograph of the faulty product to help us process your claim. We reserve the right to replace the product as an alternative to refunding the purchase price.
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom and personalised items. Please note as provided by the law of England and Wales you cannot request a refund if you simply decide you do not want the product any more or do not like it when you receive it.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is mis-spelt or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size.
Some of the products you can buy from us are non-personalised. You have the right to return your order of a non-personalised, provided you notify us of the cancellation no longer than 14 days after the day following the day on which the product is delivered. You must return the unused non-personalised product to us within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation, and must pay the cost of returning the product to our nominated address. We will refund the purchase price you have paid for the product less standard delivery charges within 14 days of its return. However, if the value of the product has been reduced by any handling of it beyond what is necessary to check whether the product is as expected, we may deduct an amount to reflect that reduction in value from the sum we refund to you.
